Press the key combination "Ctrl+P" to open the profile management dialog shown in the following image.

Select the "Preference Profiles" folder in the left pane, and double-click on the profile name you wish to set up help files for.

Locate the "HELP FILES PATH..." preference name and right click on the Preference Value cell associated with this row.
