Append Associated Work Order tasks to Rental Ticket
One issue many of our clients’ face is recouping damage charges when the rental job is completed. This new feature will allow a user to send the item to a Work Order when it is returned and then add the Work Order Task charges back to the ticket before the Work Order is processed. This eliminates the need to send the customer two separate invoices for the same job and equipment. Read more
A new Classification field has been added to the Inventory screen. This can be used on its own as a field for searching and reporting, or in conjunction with other fields for requirements, sorting or associations. Read more

Basis Mobile now allows users to Add and Edit Work Orders within our Maintenance Module from their mobile device. Users will have the majority of the functionality available in the desktop version of Basis at their fingertips. Read more
