Jim Wichterman’s background includes general management, management consulting and marketing. Since 1998 he has served MAP clients in a variety of capacities such as strategic planning, management systems, leadership development and change management. He also has been MAP’s CEO and Chairman of the Board.
As an executive for numerous companies in diverse industries, including healthcare, travel, food and insurance, Jim has directed or contributed significantly to a number of profit turnarounds. During his tenure as CEO of a private company, he reversed a declining trend and grew the appraised value by 34% per year.
