There are three easy ways to register: Call Corporate Services’ office – 800-293-6822. Download and complete the registration form by clicking here. Email Michael Saint at msaint@corpservice.com. As a thank you for registering by April 2, 2008, you will save $50 per person of the $495 per person registration fee. If you have multiple people who you would like to send from your office, please contact us for special pricing. Cancellation Policy: For attendees who cancel their registration on or before April 2, 2008, a full refund will be given. After this date, attendees who cancel their registration will forfeit their entire registration fee. An alternate attendee may be sent.
