Application Support Technician Corporate Services, LLC, located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is currently seeking qualified software application support technicians. Corporate Services is a customer-focused software development organization which has provided customized software solutions for oilfield rental, construction, and equipment rental services since 1993. Duties will include: Assisting customers with installation, setup, and use of our applications Consulting with customers on how to make the best use of our applications Making recommendations for application customizations, when needed Troubleshooting software, setup, and user errors Suggesting workaround procedures when necessary Ensuring the quality and adequacy of application customizations and corrections You may be the ideal candidate if: You can be available in Baton Rouge, Louisiana or you would be willing to relocate You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills You are driven to achieve customer satisfaction You are motivated by a challenging environment You are a self-learner and self-starter You possess excellent problem-solving skills You have training and experience in any of the following areas: SQL / SQL Server Software Applications Analysis and Design Software Applications Testing and Quality Assurance Software Applications Training and Support Depending on the actual position granted, national and/or international travel may be required.
